Dynamic Dream Analysis

Researchers at UCSD have discovered that our brains can take in up to 34 GB of information per day. If any given neuron in our brains could only store a single memory, running out of space would be a problem, so neurons combine to form a unique symbology, or code, in our subconscious minds.  This combining of neurons allows our brains to store up to 2.5 petabytes of memories at any given time. When we sleep, our brains have to filter and process these massive amounts of information, deciding what is important to store in our subconscious, and venting out what is not deemed relevant.

Every person experiences the world and the information they absorb, in their own unique way. This individualized perception creates a personalized experience of the world - a customized subconscious symbology that each person’s mind uses in their own distinct dream worlds. Since each person is entirely unique, there is no instant or universal analysis of dreams; instead it is a process where the analyst assists you in interpreting your own dreams by facilitating the discovery of your own dynamic, subconscious symbology. Britt does this by asking questions tailored to translate your dream symbols into a language that is understandable to you. Like any foreign language, we must first learn it so that you have the ability to decide the importance of the message it contains.

Dream Therapy or Analysis is especially helpful for nightmares, recurring dreams, and stress dreams. The analysis can take place over the phone and via email. You will also receive a customized digital recording of a guided imagery to help you move forward.
